Each stage of the production process is carefully monitored through structured inspections carried out by qualified personnel using certified and regularly calibrated measuring equipment.

Our in-house metrology laboratory is equipped with advanced measuring instruments, including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), enabling us to verify the dimensional and geometric characteristics of components and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

We perform thorough inspections on each production batch, as well as complete dimensional checks on critical components, including surface finish verification.

Digital archiving of measurement reports and full traceability of materials and processes

All measuring instruments are periodically calibrated in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensuring the reliability and repeatability of measurement results.
